Attention Parents: We are asking each family to complete a survey that will assist us in planning for this next school year. Click on the link below to access the survey. You only need to complete one survey per family. If you do not have internet access, please stop by the District Office and complete a paper survey. This survey does not lock you into a decision for the next school year, and you still need to register your student(s) before school starts. This survey will close at 5 p.m. on Monday, and we thank you for completing the survey. Two names will be chosen from those who complete the survey and registration fees will be waived for this upcoming school year.

Parents-
If you are interested in your child being considered for potential placement in the Accelerated program, your child will need to take the OLSAT test this summer. Mr. Sagel will be arranging small group or individual appointments for students to test later this summer. If you are interested, please email Mr. Sagel at jsagel@dps170.org or call Madison School at (815) 934-9662 and Mr. Sagel will contact you to arrange a time after the test becomes available. Students who are already placed in the program will not complete testing again this year and will automatically be placed in the Accelerated program again unless parents request ending of placement. Please let me know if I can answer any questions or help in any other way.
Thank you!

Parents-please complete a survey to inform us on remote learning and technology. We do not have any guidance about what school will look like for the fall, but will contact you as soon as we know.
